Hi! I'm Megan Stevenson (she/her), a licensed clinical social worker and certified financial social worker from Indiana.

Welcome! My passion is to empower, educate, and improve your quality of life. Whether it's learning how to manage a health condition, work through how you think, feel and behave with money, or winding your way through grief, my goal is to help you live a meaningful life based on what's most important to you. Change is hard, though it can be easier when you have someone rooting for you.
I have several years of experience both personally and professionally with chronic illness, particularly chronic kidney disease and rheumatoid arthritis. I work closely with caregivers to help prevent burnout as well.

My approach? I'm eclectic. Meaning, I meet you where you're at and use a mix of approaches based on your individual needs. If you're curious, I use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapies.

When I'm not working, I love reading (mood reader here!), spending time with my husband, playing with my English Bulldog, or playing video games.
